Partial Refund (75%): Days 8-14 with minimal progress (under 15% completion), documented medical circumstances, or significant curriculum changes affecting your goals.
Prorated Refund: For technical issues lasting 3-5 days, calculated based on inaccessible time. For program format changes, refunds reflect the portion affected by modifications.
We calculate refunds based on actual usage data from our learning platform, ensuring accuracy and fairness in every case.
